The diagram shows the fabrics shielding ability in "dB" at a frequency range between 200 MHz and up to 10 GHz. These are the frequencies most relevant for mobile phones and other modern communication technology. "dB" expresses the shielding effect. This effect can also be expressed in percent. The relation between "dB" and percent shielding is also shown in the diagram.

Tests conducted with our Mobile Cap
Our Mobile Cap was tested by the governmental radiation protection center in Finland (STUK). These tests confirmed: a person using the Mobile Cap during cell phone communication, is protected against phone radiation by 80%.
A similar test was conducted at the Standards Institution of Israel in 2005. With a frequency of 800 MHz the cap showed a shielding ability of 94.1%, with 900 MHz a shielding ability of 91.6%, with 1.8 GHz a shielding ability of 87% and with 1.9 GHz a shielding ability of 83.6%
The results from Finland where published in the largest newspaper in Finland "Helsingin Sanomat" in January 2003.
In order to read a total shielding of the head, it must be totally wrapt into the shielding fabric. With this as background, the shielding ability of the Mobile Cap is excellent.
