Kjøpsbetingelser Betaling

Det er flere måter du kan betale varene dine på:
1. via vår nettbutikk
2. ved forhåndsbetaling av e-mail faktura

Levering

Varene sendes med post.

Leveringstid

Varene leveres senest innen fem dager fra kjøpsdato. Varene sendes ut i rekkefølge av betalingsinngang. Dersom vi ikke skulle være i stand til å levere innen fem dager, blir dette nevnt på bestillingssiden ved de produkter det gjelder, eller i orderbekreftelsen.

Leveringstiden blir alltid bekreftet rett etter kjøp via en orderbekreftelse som sendes via e-mail. Avvikende leveringstider er alltid nevnt her.

Hvis du ikke kan motta varene: Hvis du av en eller annen grunn ikke kan ta imot varene hjemme, blir de levert på nærmeste postkontor for avhenting. Du vil i så tilfelle motta en melding fra Posten.

Forsinkelser: Hvis leveringen blir forsinket, vil du få beskjed fra serviceavdelingen om ny leveringstid.

Restordre

Restordre (dvs. å la bestillinger ligge i påvente av at utsolgt vare kommer inn) er ikke mulig ved bestilling i nettbutikk. Ordre kan enten bestå av lagerførte varer eller skaffevarer. Varer som for tiden ikke er på lager merkes på salgssiden med opplysninger om antatt leveringsdato. Disse varer kan bestilles og reserveres via e-mail faktura. Etter bestilling får du tilsendt faktura med leveringstid. Du betaler e-mailfakturaen før leveringen kan skje. Du får beskjed når det er tilfelle.

Priser

Alle priser er angitt inklusive MVA og emballasje. Transport kommer i tillegg.
Det tas forbehold om prisendringer.

Hva bør jeg som kunde passe på?

Kontroller hva som inngår i avtalen før du trykker på send-knappen. Dobbeltsjekk innholdet, både varetype og antall, i handlekurven. Noter deg leveringstidspunkt.

Personvern

handy-fashions.com AS behandler all personlig informasjon konfidensielt. handy-fashions.com AS følger den til enhver tid gjeldende personvernlovgivning i Norge. Vi forholder oss også til gjeldende retningslinjer gitt av Nsafe og Forbrukerombudet.

handy-fashions.com AS kan garantere for sikkerheten til dine data. handy-fashions.com AS lagrer dine personlige opplysninger i en database beskyttet med brannmurer. Tredjepart vil ikke få tilgang til dine personopplysninger eller kredittkortnummer.

Kredittkortnummer lagres ikke hos handy-fashions.com AS.

handy-fashions.com AS ber om personlige opplysninger som navn, adresse og e-post. Vi ber om telefonnummer for å kunne kontakte deg ved eventuelle forsinkelser ved leveransen. Denne informasjonen vil ikke bli lagret uten at du får eksplisitt informasjon om dette. Den blir heller ikke brukt i markedsføring dersom du ikke eksplisitt gir ditt samtykke for dette.

Angrerettloven

Angrerettloven gjelder bare i forbruker-handel på internett. Dette innebærer at du kan gå fra avtalen innen 14 dager etter at du mottok varen og et angrerettformular.

Forbruker kan etter angrerettloven av 1. desember Nr. 105 2000, gå fra avtalen uten å oppgi noen grunn innen 14 dager etter at tjenesteyter har oppfylt sin opplysningsplikt iht. angrerettloven og varen og angrerettskjema er mottatt, eller etter 1 år dersom opplysninger om angreretten ikke er gitt.

Forbruker må gi melding til tjenesteyter dersom angreretten benyttes.

Fristen anses overholdt dersom meldingen er sendt innen fristens utsløp. Det stilles ikke formkrav til meldingen, men denne bør av bevismessige årsaker være skriftlig.
Dersom vilkårene for angrerett er oppfylt, plikter tjenesteyter å tilbakeføre alle faktiske kostnader som er belastet forbruker. Returkostnader må imidlertid forbruker bære, med mindre tjenesteyteren har misligholdt avtalen eller tjenesteyteren i henhold til avtalen har levert en erstatningsvare, fordi den bestilte vare ikke var tilgjengelig. Hvis handy-fashions.com AS leverer en vare med feil eller mangler, eller hvis det er andre ting du er misfornøyd med, må du snarest ta kontakt med sales@handy-fashions.com.

Kvalitetsfeil og klagerett

Vi erstatter alle varer med kvalitetsfeil som er kjøpt hos oss. Send varen tilbake til oss så vil vi erstatte den.

Vi gjør oppmerksom på at det kan forekomme fargevariasjoner ved sølvmaterialet. Disse fargevariasjonene er ingen grunn til reklamasjon. De er en naturlig konsekvens av stoffets egenart, fordi det er brukt sølv som et avskjermende lag. Siden metallet sølv utsettes for naturlig oksydasjon, er slike forandringer i farge uunngåelig og heller et bevis på stoffets fremragende tekniske kvalitet. Disse mulige fargevariasjoner gjør materialet mer levende og fremstiller på ingen måte et kvalitetstap i henhold til produktets tekniske egenskaper.

Reklamasjon

Hvis varen har feil eller mangler har du klagerett etter kjøpsloven.

Dersom mottatt vare har feil eller mangler, kan kjøper gjøre gjeldende en rekke mangelsbeføyelser (eks. å holde kjøpesummen tilbake, prisavslag, heving og erstatning) etter kjøpsloven, jfr. kjøpslovens §§30 flg. Dette forutsetter imidlertid at kjøper reagerer innen visse frister. I forbrukerkjøp er reklamasjonsfristen som utgangspunkt to år etter at kjøper mottok varen. Dersom varen eller deler av varen er ment å vare vesentlig lenger enn to år, utvides rekamasjonsfristen til fem år.

Det må gis melding til selger innen rimelig tid etter at kjøper oppdaget eller burde oppdaget mangelen. Det stilles ingen formkrav ved reklamasjon, men av besvismessige grunner bør meldingen gis skriftlig. Det bør fremgå av meldingen (reklamasjonen) hvilke mangelsbeføyelser kjøper ønsker å gjøre gjeldende. Ved reklamasjoner skal tjenesteyter bære all kostnader forbundet med kjøpet, herunder utgiftene til tilbaketransport.

The products offered on our Online Store can be ordered and delivered to all countries. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in NOK (Norwegian Krona). Prices given in Euro or U.S. dollar give only an indication of the prices calculated in these currencies. The actual prices in Euro and U.S. dollars vary according to the changes of the mentioned currencies towards the NOK.

Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

Returns and Exchanges

In case of returns and exchanges, please place your return or exchange items in the labeled envelope included with a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your account. Please, provide us in such case with the account number where you want to have the money transfered to. We will deduct NOK 42,- from your order refund for return postage. However, if handy-fashions.com is responsible for the reason of your return or exchange, we will not deduct the NOK 42,-.

Protecting customer information is a priority for handy-fashions.com. Therefor are all our online transactions effected through the online banking system WorldPay, Cambridge, United Kingdom. Handy-fashions.com has no access to your credit card information.
